Product Overview
Breaking through the limitations of planar structures, amorphous ribbons are wound into three independent single frames and assembled into an equilateral triangle 3D structure. The magnetic circuit is seamlessly closed with fully symmetrical three-phase performance, making it the ideal core for a new generation of energy-efficient distribution transformers.
Core Features
- Ultra-low loss: Amorphous alloy materials inherently have extremely low hysteresis and eddy current losses. Combined with the 3D wound core structure that aligns the magnetic flux direction with the material rolling direction, losses are further reduced. Compared to traditional silicon steel transformers, no-load loss can be reduced by over 70%, and no-load current drops by about 80%.
- Ultimate quietness: The 3D wound core features a continuously wound closed magnetic circuit without the joints of traditional laminated cores, fundamentally reducing vibration and noise caused by magnetostriction. Additionally, the symmetrical three-phase magnetic circuit avoids additional vibration caused by magnetic circuit imbalance.
- Low electromagnetic radiation: The closed 3D magnetic circuit results in lower leakage flux and surrounding electric and magnetic field intensity, with lower electromagnetic radiation, making it more environmentally and human-friendly.
