Amorphous multi-layer composite ribbon is an advanced soft magnetic material designed specifically for high-speed, high-frequency motors. It is made by composite bonding 5-8 layers of iron-based amorphous ribbons, with a standard width of 240mm and a maximum width of 260mm-300mm, compatible with in-mold and out-of-mold glue application processes, significantly improving the commercial mass production convenience of amorphous motor cores. The product has excellent electromagnetic performance: under P1.0/400 conditions, iron loss is as low as 2.5W/kg, superior to non-oriented silicon steel cores used in new energy vehicles; under P1.0/2000 conditions, iron loss is 20W/kg. Its design without insulating coating or with self-adhesive coating simplifies the core preparation process while ensuring material consistency and stability, suitable for demanding scenarios such as high-speed motors, smart home appliances, and drones that require strict energy efficiency and performance.

Manufacturing Capability
